Returns
Items may be returned or exchanged* within 14 business days in-store or via shipping** with the original receipt.  Accepted forms of receipts include receipts obtained in store, online invoices and transactional emails.

A purchase after 14 business days is a final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (ie. unused, unworn, unwashed, etc.) and in the original packaging with tags ATTACHED. If a tag is not attached, the item will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

*   No Refunds: There are no refunds on lingerie, slippers, earrings, eyewear, non-medical facial masks and sales/clearance items.

**   Returns/exchanges via shipping: (a) If you are shipping an item for return/exchange, to make arrangements please send details to giftshop@thp.ca and include your name, your email and list the item(s) you wish to return/exchange; and (b) if you are returning an item, once we receive the item, the return will be processed as per Section (a) above, along with shipping fees charged to Trillium Health Partners and/or its Gift Shops, the shipping fees will be withheld from the refunded amount; or (c) if you are exchanging an item, once we receive the item, the exchange will be processed as arranged as per Section (a) above, along with shipping fees charged to the customer.
